Senior Project Manager

Eric is responsible for all aspects of project management, including defining requirements, supporting project meetings, preparing project status reports, reviewing and approving deliverables prior to submission, and supervising project staff.

Prior to joining GeoDecisions, Eric served as the geographic information system (GIS) administrator for the Iowa Department of Transportation. This experience allows him to identify opportunities for process improvements with a complete understanding of how DOTs operate.
