GeoDecisions Participates in Holiday Wish Program

At GeoDecisions, we strive to create long-lasting relationships with our clients and the communities we serve.

We constantly seek opportunities to participate in community involvement and strive to lead by example with meaningful social responsibility efforts.

The holiday season provides multiple opportunities to see our commitment come to fruition and positively impact society. Our employees volunteer their time and donate financial support to help our communities.

We collaborate with numerous organizations and focus our efforts on employee-dense communities. With our headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we were honored to continue our support of and participation in the Holiday Wish Program this year.

Our local GeoDecisions employees and community members continued to be unfailingly generous with their time, monetary donations, and ongoing support of the program by demonstrating their understanding of the importance of community involvement.

What started in 1989 with a small group of Pennsylvania Commonwealth employees has grown to include hundreds of employees, multiple departments, members of the Pennsylvania National Guard, and numerous local businesses. This year, the Holiday Wish Program delivered nearly 600 toys to program participants.

Individuals or families can participate in this program by working with their caseworker or by visiting a local Department of Human Services (DHS) County Assistance Office (CAO) to apply for benefits and other community services. Caseworkers identify individuals and families in the community that are able to benefit the most from the program.

After identifying a few gifts that they need or want, supporting partners sponsor a family or individual and provide the gifts they need. GeoDecisions conducted a fundraiser during which employees donated money that went toward buying gifts and other necessities. We wrapped everything and took our presents to the Keystone Building in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
