Prior to joining GeoDecisions, a division of Gannett Fleming, Frankfort served in a variety of asset management, asset lifecycle, and project management roles. During a dynamic 13-year career specializing in the geospatial industry, he has seen, firsthand, the growth of the field and the technology that continues to increase access to critical data and improve location applications.
Frankfort is a critical addition to the team. Senior Technical Solutions Director Matt Merrill, PMP, GISP, said, “We are beyond excited to have Stuart join our team. His experience implementing enterprise asset management systems is invaluable. He will play a key role in developing our asset management practice.”
Frankfort will serve as a senior project manager directing enterprise asset management technology implementations. With years of experience in Cityworks software solutions for asset management, he brings robust experience in best management practices, physical asset inventories, and asset tracking applications. Cityworks services integrate seamlessly with Esri ArcGIS, and serve as a primary tool to help public agencies in their digital transformation as they modernize their asset and infrastructure management.

Frankfort earned a Bachelor of Arts in geology/earth sciences from Washington and Lee University and a graduate certificate in geographic information science and cartography from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Esri ArcGIS Desktop Associate.
